Model MK 205 |
Manual table type vertical cutting machine MK 205 has a large capacity to cut polyurethane, foam rubber and any other type of soft foams. The cutting head is made of welded steel construction and the band knife is fully guarded except for the cutting section. A new knife can be fitted in 10 minutes. Each machine is supplied with a heavy duty table running on rollers fitted with ball bearings. A manually adjusted fence mounted on parallel racks will ensure uniform cuts at all times.

| The fence is also fitted as a standard with a ratchet type indexing unit with a range from 3mm to 90mm for quick indexing of repeating cuts. A friction type cup wheel knife grinding attachment is fitted. By using band knifes joined with a twist, the grinders are able to sharpen both sides of the knife and cutting is possible with the forward and return movement of the table. |
